You do not have to buy anything to enter or win. Buying does not make any one entry more likely to win.

Entries must be tied to a Hooked and Unhinged account. Give us accurate information, including your name, email, country, state, and eligibility details. We may reject orders, entries, claims, or accounts that look false, incomplete, fraudulent, automated, outside approved U.S. states, or abusive.

Mail-in entries must use the same email address as your account. You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to it secure.

Prices, product availability, entry awards, shipping options, and promotions may change. We may correct errors, cancel orders, or refuse service where allowed by law.

Merch may be made and shipped by partners. Product colors, fit, materials, and availability may be different from images or descriptions.

Shipping times are estimates. Production, carriers, weather, customs, or address issues can cause delays.

All purchases are final except where required by law. The Refund Policy explains how order issues are handled and why refunds can affect giveaway entry records.

You may not use the site to break the law, interfere with the site, scrape or harvest data, submit malicious code, manipulate entries, abuse promotions, impersonate others, infringe rights, or harass users or staff.

We may suspend access, cancel entries, cancel orders, or take other action if we believe the site or a giveaway is being misused.

Hooked and Unhinged names, logos, designs, text, graphics, photos, page layouts, and other content are owned by Sponsor or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

You keep rights in content you submit, but you let us use it to run the site, fulfill orders, run giveaways, provide support, and promote the brand where allowed.

The site may connect to payment processors, shipping carriers, merch partners, Random.org, analytics providers, cloud hosts, social platforms, and other services. Their terms and policies may also apply.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, outages, actions, terms, or privacy practices.

The site, products, content, and services are provided as available and as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, specific odds, product availability, or that every giveaway will proceed exactly as originally described if lawful changes are required.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hooked and Unhinged and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, vendors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for claims related to the site, products, or services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the transaction giving rise to the claim or $100, unless applicable law requires more.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Hooked and Unhinged and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, vendors, and agents harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, violation of Official Rules, infringement, fraud, or unlawful conduct.

Texas law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought individually and not as a class action, in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
